MULTICULTURAL COUNSELING AS AN APPROACH TO SELFDEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

This article reviews multicultural counseling as an approach to self-development for children with
special needs. Mental health is often disrupted and becomes the core of the problems experienced
by children with special needs, this is caused by differences in the response of their environment to
abnormalities or differences that exist in these individuals with special needs. Culture and structure
need to be aligned with the parenting style needed by these children with special needs, which
parents, society and even the government can strive for. Multicultural counseling approach
assistance is very important for people who experience problems in self- development. The
research design used in this study is descriptive qualitative and the research method is a case study.
In this study, researchers made direct observations at Baitul Aziz, a therapy home for children with
special needs. The Baitul Aziz Children's Therapy House with Special Needs is located in Blitar
City, more precisely in Udanawu District, Jati Village, East Java.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING USES A CROSS-CULTURAL COUNSELING APPROACH TO IMPROVE RESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE

This article discusses individual counseling using a cross-cultural counseling
approach to increase responsible attitudes. In this study, the research conducted
by the researcher included classroom action research on guidance and counseling.
The research subjects were six customers or six students who had problems and
needed service. Sources of incident data are based on observations, results of
document analysis (collection of student attendance, teacher notebooks at home).
Research shows that counselors who have low personal responsibility require 3
cycles in this research. Each cycle carries out two individual counseling activities
to determine how the client's self-responsibility is developing. The success of this
cycle can be seen from the increase in the client's sense of responsibility. A crosscultural approach to the implementation of counseling greatly influences the
behavior of clients.

EFFORTS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE THROUGH INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION OF TEACHERS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL NEGERI 1 KALIBEBER ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

Education is the main key to the progress of a nation. The progress of a nation can be
marked by the development of human resources. Teachers are the most important
component in the development of human resources. Performance research through
individual supervision of class VI teachers at SD Negeri I Kalibeber, Wonosobo Regency
aims to improve performance through individual supervision of class VI teachers at SD
Negeri I Kalibeber for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is
action research which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of: planning,
implementation, observation, reflection. Based on the results of action research, individual
supervision can improve the performance of class VI teachers at SD Negeri I Kalibeber,
Wonosobo Regency. Furthermore, the researcher recommends: (1) for school supervisors
who experience the same difficulties, they can use individual supervision as a solution; (2)
In order for the implementation of individual supervision to obtain maximum results,
school supervisors are expected to carry out individual supervision intensively and
continuously.

EFFORTS TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES USING THE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODEL IN GRADE IV MATHEMATICS LEARNING AT STATE 22 MATARAM PRIMARY SCHOOL YEAR 2023/2024

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Problem Based
Learning (PBL) learning model to mathematics learning in class IV at SDN 22 Mataram.
This type of research is classroom action research. The data collection method uses tests.
The type of data used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this research were class
IV students at SDN 22 Mataram with a total of 18 students. The research results generally
show that there is an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the precycle, obtaining results of 54% in the sufficient category, then in the implementation of
the first cycle it increases to 75% in the good category, and increases to 82% in the
second cycle with the very good category, which means that the application of the
Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is able to improve the learning outcomes
of class IV students at SDN 22 Mataram.

Implementation of the Project Based Learning Model in Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes on Cube Net Material

Learning mathematics in elementary school is closely related to understanding concepts.
However, it was found that students experienced problems with the cube net material,
one of the causes of which was the students' lack of interest in the learning carried out by
the teacher. Therefore, this research aims to improve students' mathematics learning
outcomes by implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This research
includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Hopkins model which consists of
planning, implementation, observation and reflection in each cycle which consists of two
cycles. The subjects in this research were 24 students in the VA class at SDN 27
Ampenan. The instruments applied in this research were tests and observation sheets for
learning implementation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with
graphs and percentages. Based on research that has been carried out, it was found that in
the initial conditions (pre-cycle) only 37.5% of students met the KKM, then in cycle 1
there was an increase with 62.5% of students meeting the KKM, then in cycle 2 the
number of students who reaching the KKM is 83.33% of students. Apart from that, an
increase also occurred in the average class score. In cycle 1, the average class score was
70.83 and this increased in cycle 2 to 81.25. This shows that the application of the Project
Based Learning (PjBL) model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in cube net
material for class VA SDN 27 Ampenan.

INCREASING INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE IN GROUP B OF NORTH ALMUADZININ BATUKLIANG KINDERGARTEN THROUGH OUTBOUND ACTIVITIES

This research aims to implement outbound activities to improve the interpersonal
intelligence of group B, Almuadzinin Kindergarten, North Batukliang, Central Lombok
Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. The type of research used is Classroom Action
Research which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages of planning,
implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the research results, there was an
increase through outbound activities, namely the first meeting in prasikus conditions was
4.3%, the research held two meetings in prasikus, in cycle I the increase in interpersonal
intelligence increased to 17.3%, in cycle II the increase in interpersonal intelligence
increased by 65.2 %. From the implementation of cycle I to cycle II, outbound activities
were able to increase interpersonal intelligence.

COOPERATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHERS WITH COUNSELING GUIDANCE IN OVERCOMING STUDENT DELINQUENCY

This research aims to determine the synergy of Islamic Religious Education teachers with
Guidance Counseling in dealing with delinquent students who violate school rules. This
research was conducted at SMPI Daruttanwir, Puyung Village, Jonggat District, Central
Lombok Regency from September to October 2023. This research used qualitative methods,
with data collection techniques through direct observation of Islamic religious education
learning and interviews. The results of data analysis show the synergy of Islamic Religious
Education and Counseling Teachers in dealing with delinquent students who violate school
rules, namely in Islamic counseling program activities, case transfers, and muhadloroh
activities which are held every Friday morning.

TEACHER'S EFFORTS IN IMPROVING SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE USING THE LEARNING CENTER MODEL IN PAUD AL-HAROKAH DUSUN KELAMBI

Using “Sentra” learning model is necessary to be applied in teaching and learning,
particularly in teaching early childhood to improve all aspect of intelgence especilally
spiritual intelegence. This study is purposed to know the teacher’s effort in improving
student’s spiritual intelegence by using “SENTRA “learning model at PAUD AlHarokah. This study use qualitaif deskriftif method. Samples of this study were all
teacher of PAUD KB – Al- Harokah. The data is collected by using observation,
documentation and interview. This study found that the “SENTRA” learning model was
able to improve the spiritual intelegence of students. This is proved by the student’s
habbit such as do the right thing in their daily life at school including pray, sholah five
times in a day, following the halaqah, speak in politely, and help each other.
