This strategy is implemented by the leadership to all managers and what are the obstacles in implementing sharia marketing strategies in increasing customer loyalty at BMT AMB Syariah Praya Branch. In this study the author used qualitative research. The type of research used is field research. The data collected by the researcher includes primary data and secondary data. While the data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategies used to increase customer loyalty are using sharia marketing strategies, Shiddiq, prioritizing blessings, providing excellent service and being trustworthy in providing services to customers that are operated in accordance with Islamic provisions. BMT AMB Syariah Praya Branch has followed the concept implemented by the Prophet as a guide in carrying out its obligations to serve the community. In this study, the author used a qualitative approach, namely field research. The type of research used was field research. The data collected by the researcher included primary and secondary data. Meanwhile, data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that BMT Patuh Beramal's employee service improvement strategies in providing services fall into two categories. Basic service strategies include employees on duty must be friendly, communicative, and always show their name tags. While the main service strategies include competence, trust and trustworthiness, contribution, honesty, excellent service, social and environmental care, and finally, innovation. The subjects of this study were the people in Lingsar Jati Hamlet, Lingsar Village. While the object was the level of public knowledge of Islamic banking products in Lingsar Jati Hamlet, Lingsar Village. The population in this study was the people of Lingsar Jati Hamlet, Lingsar Village aged 16 years and over, totaling 3500 people. While the sample the author took as many as 30 people with the sampling method was Accidental sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance or random. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the level of public knowledge regarding Islamic banking products in Lingsar Jati Hamlet, Lingsar Village is still low. The research used quantitative research. The population of this study was 40 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS software. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Islamic Microfinance has a significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Lingsar Village. This research was conducted at BPRS PNM Patuh Beramal Bertais to determine the risk of taking a murabahah financing contract at PT. BPRS PNM Patuh Beramal Bertais Mataram. In this study the author used qualitative research. The type of research used was field research. The data collected by the researcher included primary and secondary data.
