Implemntasi Strategi Marketing Syariah Dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Nasbah di BMT AMB Cabang Praya
Abstract
This study was conducted to determine how sharia marketing strategies increase customer loyalty. This strategy is implemented by the leadership to all managers and what are the obstacles in implementing sharia marketing strategies in increasing customer loyalty at BMT AMB Syariah Praya Branch. In this study the author used qualitative research. The type of research used is field research. The data collected by the researcher includes primary data and secondary data. While the data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategies used to increase customer loyalty are using sharia marketing strategies, Shiddiq, prioritizing blessings, providing excellent service and being trustworthy in providing services to customers that are operated in accordance with Islamic provisions. BMT AMB Syariah Praya Branch has followed the concept implemented by the Prophet as a guide in carrying out its obligations to serve the community. The obstacles faced are: Lack of public trust, lack of public knowledge and the habit of people who are always easily incited by false news regarding the operations of BMT AMB Syariah Praya Branch.
