THE IMPORTANCE OF MOTIVATING STUDENTS IN ONLINE LEARNING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract

This study aims to be able to help motivate students in online learning during the Covid-19

pandemic. Before the pandemic period, learning-focused more on Direct Learning, but with

current conditions, it forces students to be ready for distance learning which must be effective

and efficient. Quantum learning can be the key to the problems faced during the Pandemic.

Quantum Learning covers all aspects that can create a fun, effective, and efficient learning

environment for students. This learning offers learning that can create a close emotional

connection by connecting rational thinking with imaginative and artistic thinking. Fun learning

can attract students' interest in learning so that it is expected to improve the quality of learning.

Thus, this research can provide effective learning solutions for students, especially during a

pandemic with distance learning.
