EFFORTS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE THROUGH INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION OF TEACHERS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL NEGERI 1 KALIBEBER ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

Abstract

Education is the main key to the progress of a nation. The progress of a nation can be
marked by the development of human resources. Teachers are the most important
component in the development of human resources. Performance research through
individual supervision of class VI teachers at SD Negeri I Kalibeber, Wonosobo Regency
aims to improve performance through individual supervision of class VI teachers at SD
Negeri I Kalibeber for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is
action research which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of: planning,
implementation, observation, reflection. Based on the results of action research, individual
supervision can improve the performance of class VI teachers at SD Negeri I Kalibeber,
Wonosobo Regency. Furthermore, the researcher recommends: (1) for school supervisors
who experience the same difficulties, they can use individual supervision as a solution; (2)
In order for the implementation of individual supervision to obtain maximum results,
school supervisors are expected to carry out individual supervision intensively and
continuously.
