Playground: Journal of Islamic Early Childhood Education is published biannually (two issues per year), in June and December.

Each issue publishes high-quality scholarly articles that have undergone a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and relevance in the field of Early Childhood Education, particularly within Islamic perspectives.

The journal may also publish special issues on emerging themes and current issues in early childhood education, subject to editorial policy.
